1. Create 2 individual servings of the shrimp, julienned peppers and sliced onions and place onto sheets of aluminum foil.
2. Season with taco seasoning, olive oil and lime juice.
3. Mix to coat all ingredients with flavor.
4. Fold the sides of the foil over the shrimp, covering completely, and place packs on the grill.
5. Cook about 10-12 minutes.
6. Take off the grill, stuff into warmed Ortega® shells or tortillas.
7. Serve with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge
